Mary Anne – Electric Heat Pump

I contacted two contractors to remove my gas heater and replace it with an electric heat pump. Despite being listed on the Dominion Energy website, one of the contractors was argumentative and tried to sell me something I didn’t need. The other contractor was Puffin. I can’t tell you how happy I was with Rob (the owner of Puffin) and his professionalism. He listened to me describe what I wanted, gave me a quote that aligned with what I expected, scheduled the work at my convenience and completed the job in one day. There was no up selling and no surprises. Rob and his crew did an excellent job and I can’t recommend them enough.
